Vitamins in Moringa!

Can you possibly get Naturally Organic/Liquid Vitamin Supplementfor Energy and Supplements from Moringa???



So... Here's a couple questions on a this simple topic!

* Vitamins, do we need them?
* Can you tell when you need them?
* Can you have too many?
* How do get them?

Vitamins, have been a source of many conversations in every culture, country, and the home. You see them advertised in magazines, on store shelves, doctors recommending them, not recommending them.

So..... what is the Question???

Do we Need Vitamins?

Well, Monica Marcu, a pharmacologist, who points out in her Miracle Tree book that "Vitamins are organic compounds absolutely essential for growth and maintenance of life in plants and animals."

I like to think my body as a machine, and I'm the only person who can really take care of it.

Vitamins are like the electricity that runs my machine. If I don't give my body all the power it needs to run properly, than it will break down.

Can you tell when you need Vitamins?

Personally, unless I'm feeling run down from a cold or the flu, I've never realy thought about vitamins.

A couple of my girlfriends who are RN's have suggested to me to take Vitamin B before I go to bed if we had been up late. Apparently they told me Vitamin B will help you if your grouchy. I would just laugh at this. But now, I realize there is some truth behind this.

I was anemic all my life and when I was feeling sluggish I would take my iron pills to help me out. But again never really understanding the logic behind this.

Many doctors have prescribed Vitamin B12 for moodiness during menstrual period or pre or post-menapause.

So it seems in reality that you probably won't know for sure if you need to supplement you diet with vitamins as most doctors tell you that with the proper diet you will be getting all the Vitamins you need.

BUT, why wait until your body breaks down to realize that you aren't giving it all the nutrition it needs to function at it's best?

Why wait until you have developed a chronic illness?

Can you have too many?

Now, this is a good question. Many doctors and pharmaceuticals companies will tell you that too many vitamins can be toxic.

This didn't make sense to me. If I drink too much water.....I just go to the bathroom. My body knows how to get rid of the excess. Right.

So, if I have too many vitamins, should my body not know how to get rid of the excess? I think so.

But then, maybe they are talking about the man-made vitamins or the synthetic vitamins, which we can guess will confuse our body as it might not know what these vitamins are and then store them and then maybe creating the toxin the doctors are talking about....mmmmm

I research Dr. Hugh Reardon, who studied Orthomolecular Medicine, which is therapeutic nutrition, he stated that high doses of vitamin can reverse damaged cells in the human body.

The National Institiue of Health in America, have over 25 years of research prove this. Why haven't we heard about it?

My guess would be that Vitamins are not as profitable as drugs. Vitamins are self-administrated where drugs are controlled by the doctors, FDA and pharmaceuticals, big money business.

If you really think about it, wouldn't you rather take very high doses of Vitamins that may become a natural toxin to cure an illness like cancer, than to expose your body to chemicals that you body can't get rid of????

Of course this leads us to the final question,

How do get vitamins?

The more natural the vitamins are, the easier it is for the body to absorb. Makes total sense.

All plants have some form of vitamins. Such as oranges and citrus fruits are loading with vitamin C.

This would tell you that the more fresh fruits and vegetables you eat the more Vitamins your body will absorb.

I also learnt that cooking you foods will remove or kill the nutrient you body is looking for. Try and eat Raw as much as possible.

When it's not convenient to have fresh foods, supplements are a good subsitute. Liquid vitamins are the best as you body can absorb them better than pills or capsule as they have to dissolve first.

P.S. AS this website is about Moringa it's fitting to say that this plant has all the vitamins necessary somewhere in the plant. Whether it's from the leaves, fruits, seed pods, bark or roots, Moringa is known to have a strong supply of all nutrients.
