Programmed Daily EXERCISE?? It's actually very comical when you think about it, that fitness has become such a hugh market. Back when I was growing up we had "gym" in school mainly to let the kids let of some steam. Kids didn't have to be told to exercise, it was a given, just like breathing. Parents or adults didn't focus their days around the gyms or fitness centers to get in half an hour or an hours workout in. Everyday children or adults would play ball or bike or walk. It was normal to walk a mile to school or to a friends place. A mile was just the distance you went, you didn't calculate how many calories you where going to lose. Those where the "good old days." Good because the population was healthier, stress wasn't even a word. Children and adults now spend too much time with electronics. Right now, you and I are spending time with the internet, absolutly no physical activity happening here. A lot of us don't exercise because of the PAIN factor. Either an injury we had that still causes pain when we exercise or if we exercise our bodies are so out of shape that it causes Pain when we start.
